ACC Preschool Director
Hello, my name is Lisa Lowery. I am the Preschool Director here at ACC Preschool and Childcare Center. I have been very blessed to serve in many areas at Austintown Community Church over the years. I became a member of ACC in 2009, and have been able to pursue my passion for music as a Worship Leader of our church. I was a preschool teacher at ACC for many years before taking on the role of Director in 2022.
I was raised in Homer, Alaska, and lived in Portland Oregon where I met my husband. We moved to the area in 2008. I am a mother of four beautiful children, a son and three daughters. My son graduated from Austintown Fitch High School, and attended Ohio University. He now lives in Los Angeles, California where he is pursuing his career as a IOS Software Developer. My daughters all attended ACC Preschool, and are now enrolled at Canfield Local. My adventure in Early Childhood Education began in 1999 while taking professional development courses. I received my Childhood Development Associates, specializing in Preschool Education in 2006. I believe children deserve the absolute best guidance and education they can receive, and I am confident your children will get that here at ACC.
