Here at ACC we are doing everything humanly possible to help people enter into a life-changing relationship with God through Jesus Christ. That's what transforming lives is all about. And that's our purpose here at Austintown Community Church.

But human power and human effort are not enough. Without the empowerment of God through the Holy Spirit none of our work is truly effective. So we are trying to be very attentive to God's presence, power and promises in all these ways. We are asking to see God actively working out His ways and His purposes in us.

We recently concluded an important endeavor here at ACC: a spiritual growth campaign called the 40 Days of Purpose. Together we read Rick Warren's best-selling book the Purpose Driven Life. We are discovering why we exist and we are living out our God given purposes. 

We are including everyone of all ages and stations in life. And now we are looking forward to living out these purposes to the fullest. Imagine the great things we will experience and witness when we are all growing and believing in unison.

Our church is being shaped with the inspiration of tomorrow. We are not going to live listlessly. Anything but.
